There is something in this box.I can see somebody (someone) under the bridge.

В вопросительных предложениях употребляются формы, начинающиеся с any (anybody, anyone, anything).

Is there anybody here?

Why don't you learn anything?

В отрицательных предложениях могут использоваться как формы, начинающиеся с any, так и формы, начинающиеся с no.

There isn’t anything interesting downtown.

There is nothing interesting downtown.

There isn’t anyone at the zoo.

There is no-one (nobody) at the zoo.
