Особняк был построен в 1919 году: это поместье в испанском стиле с терракотовой отделкой является детищем архитектора Эддисона Мизнера, чьи проекты в стиле Средиземноморского Возрождения и Испанского Колониального Возрождения украшали побережье Южной Флориды.
