Кроме того, в завещании указывалось, что после смерти Мэри Элизабет Морган наследниками всего имущества могут стать Чарлз Биндлосс, Пёльниц Биндлосс и Генри Арчболд – сыновья Анны-Марии Биндлосс; сыновья Катерины-Марии Биндлосс; а также сыновья Мэри-Элизабет Биндлосс, если они согласятся сменить свои фамилии на фамилию Морган.

Говорят, что семья американского магната Джона Пирпонта Моргана позже вписала имя прославленного ямайского флибустьера в свою родословную и весьма гордилась данным обстоятельством.
