Manifesto-declaration technological cyber-marxism (СИ)

In technology and new knowledge, developed humanity has gone far ahead and has long been using global openness, learning and mutual assistance. Including a variety of Internet services, digital communications, automated systems, robots and biotechnology. And the state administration has remained secret-analogous and "old-regime-conservative", where everything around is potential criminals and enemies.

There is a corruption of the very essence of homo-sapiens, as a humane creative-constructive species. There is a plunge of humanity into new "dark ages in a digital wrapper" for the sake of irreplaceable power, suicidal stability, parasitism of global producers-monopolists and speculators.

But this "candle darkness"is being resisted by an emerging new social phenomenon - "technological smart humanity". Social network mass character has already created a huge potential cleansing power of reputational influence on the ruling elites and other enemies of humanity !!! It is urgent to create digital mechanisms for the implementation of this virtuality in managerial reality.

Through genuine smart-phone votes, smart referendums and the Registers of Official Reputation. It is necessary to create information-open societies of direct people's self-government (IOS PHR) and a technological smart international (TSI).

Through IOS PHR  and TSI it is possible to build a more humane and progressive system of people management, both in their own countries and on a global scale. It is necessary to recreate, on a digital basis, a new technological information-open world of a community of people. Based on trust, mass national values ​​of humanism, cultural and national moral and religious ideals.

This is a long process and there is no need to create illusions that in a world based on the principle of "enrichment-capital at any cost"  Edenic grace and justice is possible. As long as the US dollar is the main international currency, it is difficult to ennoble the very system of governance of the world. However, it is already in our digital forces to curb bloody extremism and hobble the political oligarchy!
