09.4 Руководство к джапа-медитации.

Медитация представляет собой очень важный аспект деятельности для того, кто желает обрести счастье и освободиться от всех страданий и тревог.

Медитация означает „мысленное созерцание”, но у созерцания должен быть объект. Чтобы избавиться от повседневных тревог, занимающих ум, человек должен подняться над материальным планом, попытаться закрепиться на трансцендентном, духовном плане, и сделать это можно, постоянно повторяя имена Господа и так общаясь с Ним.
