То что не подходит под editorial policy – полное вранье. И опять возникает вопрос: почему не послать рецензентам, пусть они дадут заключение. Но опять, сам редактор, который, судя по его работам, никогда не имел дела с конечной математикой, решает, что статья не подходит. И поэтому опять возникает вопрос: понимает ли он о чем статья?
