Обязательный элемент ABA-терапии — это записи, графики, точная фиксация целей и результатов. Поэтому в центре ведут ежемесячные и ежеквартальные отчеты. «Например, приходит ребенок к нам первый раз. Мы проводим тестирование, обсуждаем с родителями, какие навыки у него есть, каких нет и над чем мы будем работать. Бывает, что тестирование занимает три занятия, бывает, что целый месяц. То есть мы тестируем ребенка и параллельно ведем с ним работу. Пишется программа, ставятся цели, определяется период, за который эти цели должны быть достигнуты. Раз в три месяца отчет смотрят родители вместе со специалистом и принимают решения о дальнейших действиях, как мы дальше будем двигаться, исходя из того, чего мы достигли», — поясняет Анна Никитина.

Например, у детей с аутизмом просьбы — это самый слабый навык. Специалисты центра обязательно измеряют, сколько просьб сейчас и сколько через три месяца работы, после чего ставят новые цели. Если у ребенка нет указательного жеста, то ставят цель, что через месяц он будет что-то просить с помощью указательного жеста (показывать пальчиком), к примеру, не менее 20 раз в день.

В организации разработана теория изменений. Цель работы центра — изменить жизнь 5000+ человек за 5 лет за счет повышения доступности реабилитации детей с РАС. Для этого необходимо открыть еще 3 центра в следующие 5 лет. Это позволит:

• снизить стоимость занятий на 30 %, сделав их более доступными;

• одновременно оказывать помощь 500+ детям;

• проводить больше бесплатных лекций и мастер-классов для родителей, педагогов и врачей.

Благодаря этому качественно изменится жизнь более 5000 человек (детей с РАС и их семей), более 2000 детей останутся в садах и школах (как результат терапии и роста общей осведомленности), уменьшится количество детей, вынужденных подвергаться инвазивному вмешательству из-за недостаточных знаний специалистов из смежных областей.
