na kañcana vasatau pratyācakṣīta ǀ tad vratam ǀ tasmād yayā kayā ca vidhayā
bahvannaṁ prāpnuyāt ǀ arādhyasmā annamityācakṣate ǀ etad vai mukhato‘nnaṁ
rāddham ǀ mukhato’smā annaṁ rādhyate ǀ etad vai madhyato’nnaṁ rāddham ǀ
madhyato’smā annaṁ rādhyate ǀ etad vā antato’nnaṁ rāddham ǀ antato’smā
annaṁ rādhyate ǀ ya evaṁ veda ǀ kṣema iti vāci ǀ yogakṣema iti prāṇāpānayoḥ ǀ
karmeti hastayoḥ ǀ gatiriti pādayoḥ ǀ vimuktiriti pāyau ǀ iti mānuṣīḥ
samājñāḥ ǁ atha daivīḥ ǀ tṛptiriti vṛṣṭau ǀ balamiti vidyuti ǀ yaśa iti
paśuṣu ǀ jyotiriti nakṣatreṣu ǀ prajātiramṛtamānanda ityupasthe ǀ sarvamityā-
kāśe ǀ tatpratiṣṭhetyupāsīta ǀ pratiṣṭhāvān bhavati ǀ tanmaha ityupāsīta ǀ mahān
bhavati ǀ tanmana ityupāsīta ǀ mānavān bhavati ǀ tannama ityupāsīta ǀ
namyante’smai kāmāḥ ǀ tad brahmetyupāsīta ǀ brahmavān bhavati ǀ tad
brahmaṇaḥ parimara ityupāsīta ǀ paryeṇaṁ mriyante dviṣantaḥ sapatnāḥ ǀ pari
ye’priyā bhrātṛvyāḥ ǀ sa yaścāyaṁ puruṣe ǀ yaścāsāvāditye ǀ sa ekaḥ ǀ sa ya
evaṁvit ǀ asmāllokāt pretya ǀ etamannamayamātmānamupasaṅkramya ǀ etaṁ
prāṇamayamātmānamupasaṅkramya ǀ etaṁ manomayamātmānamupasaṅ-
kramya ǀ etaṁ vijñānamayamātmānamupasaṅkramya ǀ etamānandamaya-
mātmānamupasaṅkramya ǀ imāḿllokān kāmānnī kāmarūpyanusañcaran ǀ etat
sāma gāyannāste ǀ hā vu hā vu hā vu ǀ ahamannamahamannamahamannam ǀ
ahamannādo’hamannādo’hamannādaḥ ǀ ahaṁ ślokakṛdahaṁ ślokakṛdahaṁ
ślokakṛt ǀ ahamasmi prathamajā ṛtāsya ǀ pūrvaṁ devebhyo‘mṛtasya nābhāyi ǀ
yo mā dadāti sa ideva māvāḥ ǀ ahamannamannamadantamādmi ǀ ahaṁ
viśvaṁ bhuvanamabhyabhavām ǀ suvarna jyotīḥ ǀ ya evaṁ veda ǀ ityupaniṣat ǁ
saha nāvavatu ǀ saha nau bhunaktu ǀ saha vīryaṁ karavāvahai ǀ tejasvi
nāvadhītamastu ǀ mā vidviṣāvahai ǀ OM śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ ǁ
