Сегодня долг дозорных индустриального мира – американских, российских, британских, немецких, французских – вглядеться в туман ближайших десятилетий, вслушаться в гул волн Океана Истории, разбивающихся о грозные утёсы. Избежать вступления на новую ступень цивилизации невозможно. Опять какие-то народы вступят на неё первыми, и на них обрушится враждебность отставших. Но, как сказал Шекспир – «готовность это всё». Если мы осознаем историческую неизбежность противоборства между народами, находящимися на разных ступенях, мы сможем встретить очередную волну «новых трихинов» во всеоружии.
