Время, ритмы и паузы

«Йога — это космификация йогина» (Элиаде). Его мистическое тело становится микрокосмом, и он устраняет время, приведя себя в гармонию с великим временем Вселенной с помощью дыхательных упражнений. Его вдох совпадает с ходом Солнца, а его выдох — с ходом Луны (изображено в виде двух спиралей). Затем он останавливается и концентрирует свои силы в центре. Так он выходит за пределы подчиненной времени Вселенной. Он стал дживан-муктой (освобожденным в этой жизни) и живет уже не во времени, но в «вечном настоящем». (Элиаде, 1962, стр. 171).
