I think you’re very nice really (я думаю, что ты в самом деле очень милый), but I can’t make you pretty in the picture (но я не могу сделать тебя симпатичным на картинке = но на картинке ты не получаешься симпатичным), so you mustn’t be ‘fended (поэтому ты не должен обижаться: «быть обиженным» = поэтому не обижайся; to offend — обижать, оскорблять).
