Дела семейные: коррупция и кумовство

Итак, если не помогут достижения генетиков, тогда единственный способ избавиться от коррупции сводится к одному – набраться терпения в ожидании того момента, когда естественный ход эволюции приведёт к возникновению нового инстинкта, который заставит человека соблюдать нравственные принципы. Жаль, что это произойдёт не раньше, чем в следующем тысячелетии.

Ну а пока рискну предложить власть имущим на выбор несколько решений, которые смогут хотя бы на время избавить от тягостного чувства, вызванного бесплодностью борьбы с тем, что стало характерной чертой нашего времени:

– установить щедрую плату за доносы на коррупционеров,

– вернуть в Уголовный кодекс расстрельные статьи за коррупционные преступления,

– повысить зарплату министру внутренних дел и генеральному прокурору,

– узаконить взятки и откаты, приравняв их к выражению устной благодарности за доставленное удовольствие,

– в составе госучреждений образовать семейные отделы, которые будут укомплектованы как ближайшими, так и дальними родственниками начальника,

– назначать на важные государственные посты только убеждённых холостяков, не имеющих ни друзей, ни близких родственников,

– ликвидировать чиновничество как класс, а вместе с ним и государство, вернувшись к первобытнообщинному строю.
