Сдвиг корпоративных предпочтений компании (далее «Производитель») с производства телекоммуникационного оборудования на деятельность по оказанию профессиональных услуг в области телекоммуникаций сопровождался фундаментальными изменениями в организации. Трансформация фирмы от чрезмерно разросшейся структуры в 2000 г. к более гибкой и маневренной организации в 2005 г. была проведена с помощью комплекса процессов реструктуризации.
