В идеале, терапию людей, переживающих духовный кризис, следует проводить в центре уединения, наподобие того, что мы описали ранее. Там все перечисленные методы можно было бы применять избирательно и в соответствии с тем, какую форму принимает процесс, на какой он стадии и какова его интенсивность в текущий момент. В зависимости от обстоятельств, клиенты могли бы приходить в центр для проведения терапии, либо, при необходимости, оставаться на ночь, поскольку квалифицированная помощь была бы доступна круглосуточно. Вдобавок, подобный центр мог бы предлагать группы поддержки, аналогичные программам «двенадцати шагов».
