Применив вышеизложенные положения на практике, можно, на наш взгляд, серьезно продвинуться в оценке и анализе организационной эффективности той или иной политической партии. Вместе с тем, исследуя какие-либо объекты, важно помнить, что они могут быть весьма разнообразными и сложными по своей сути, и тот или иной ряд критериев не всегда позволит объективно их исследовать. Поэтому при оценке организационной эффективности политических партий следует учитывать также структурные, акторные и институциональные факторы. Полагаем, что в сочетании с инструментарием ситуационной и ресурсной моделей учет этих факторов позволит в дальнейшем существенно продвинуться в оценке эффективности политических партий с точки зрения выполнения ими функций рекрутирования и мобилизации.
