Calculated and Local Reputation index itself content (a competitive point) for each text (the book, film etc.) is there was a difference of pluss, minuses,  likes  etc. the estimations, given to number of viewings, for the month, the current year and for all period of accommodation on a resource. Filling of library it was carried out by all world, in a mode wiki. Could spread everyone and even to receive encouragement if it(him) content has typed (collected) the maximum (supreme) points of viewing / quality. But authors, MASS-MEDIA and old libraries used advantages. All authors had the right to spread the creativity, pseudo-anonymously or is obvious, with number of the account where to send the premium.

Then also financing LDC as branch of library of EU, will be more generous, « from all world » - crowd-funding. Plus advertising money and from shareholders - sponsors.

LDC carried out a role and modern social network, with blocks on interests and age. Where there was a discussion and Reputation an estimation content and authors. But nobody could wind « minuses or pluss » much since binding was to " bio number " (and not just to IP), that precisely limited plurality, switching comments.

There was a simple feedback of dialogue of people with authors content and between visitors. Then the social network as the big system, is formed by itself, will be self-adjustable, "alive" and self-acceptable, with the help of auto-algorithms.
