Социология вещей (сборник статей)

Есть социальнаясоциология, но где же физическаясоциология? Социобиология, увы, не годится: она слишком воинственно противостоит общественным наукам и слишком нерефлективна чтобы производить политически значимые «вещи». Я бы предположил, скорее, что искомым двойником социологии должны стать именно STS, способные удержать дисциплину «на ее границах». Они обратят внимание своих коллег, погруженых в «общественное» и «символическое», на чудовищную трудность рассмотрения объектов, которая требует от обществоведов принять радикальное смешение предметов, что придаст дисциплине больше сходства с остальными общественными науками. Общественное – не территория, но лишь один из голосов в ансамблях, собирающих вещи на этот новый (очень старый) политический форум: постепенное создание общего мира.
