Призраки прошлого. Структурная диссоциация и терапия последствий хронической психической травмы

В центре внимания теории структурной диссоциации находятся интегративные действия, в осуществлении которых пациенты с хронической травмой терпят неудачу, а также замещающие их дезадаптивные действия. Психология действия описывает, как можно помочь пациенту в овладении более интегративными действиями, а также какие действия являются адаптивными. В самом деле для того, чтобы жить полной жизнью, мы должны учиться заботиться о себе и о других, интересоваться собой и другими, приобретать опыт и ценить опыт других людей, создавать наше настоящее, действуя на самом высоком уровне, который для нас доступен. Эта способность полноты действия и жизни, в конечном счете, определяет самую суть нашей человеческой природы. В заключение нам хотелось бы привести слова рабби Хиллеля, которые, как нам кажется, лучше всего отражают суть психологии действия: «Если не я за себя – то кто? Если я не с другими, то с кем я? И если не сейчас, то когда?».
