"And there Piglet is (и Пятачок там)," said Owl (сказал Филин). "If the string doesn't break (если бечевка не порвется)."

This was not very comforting to Piglet (это было не очень утешительно для Пятачка), because however many pieces of string they tried pulling up with (потому что сколько бы кусков бечевки они не испробовали для подтягивания его вверх), it would always be the same him coming down (падать всегда придется одному и тому же ему); but still, it did seem the only thing to do (но, тем не менее, это казалось единственным, что можно было сделать = предпринять). "
