Если медсестры будут обладать навыками хорошего общения и использовать нужные источники (Систему общепринятых стандартов, Ливерпульский алгоритм помощи, политику DNAR и документацию по предварительному планированию лечения), они действительно окажут поддержку своим пациентам, приближающимся к концу жизни.
Выделяя случаи, когда СЛР является целесообразной, и тщательно оценивая и планируя лечение, многопрофильная команда медиков сможет предлагать пациентам только те меры, которые действительно способны принести пользу.
