И ему помогалав Иисуса вера святая,Когда жёг истуканов,рубил их с размаху, сплеча,Сокрушая столбыи кумирницы в прах разрушая,И берёзу священнуюсек топором сгоряча.Он волхвов не боялсяи гнева богов не страшился,И в огонь шёл бесстрашно,святую молитву творя,На богатство чужое не зарилсяи от врагов не таился,И под знамя Христововставали зыряне не зря.Ну а кто не вставал —уходили по рекам подальшеИ с собой деревянных кумировотважно несли.И не ведали, их ублажаябез всяческой фальши,Что Христово учениек ним подойдёт и вдали…А для новых уж чадзаложил Стефанцерковь святую,Озарив теплотоювеликой и страстной любви,Как невесту, украсили верил: теперь, не воюя,Будут счастливы людис Христовым ученьем в крови.И на этом же местеСтефановский храмвозрождённыйУкрашает наш городи дарит тепло и покой.А за дело благоев епископский санвозведённый,Стал Святым и Великимотважный зырянин простой.

Газета «Двинская правда» 2 ноября 1990 г.Серафима в девичествемногих пленялаКрасотою, и статью,и русой косой,На работе не видели,чтоб уставала,И на луг, и на пожнюходила с росой.Заливалась и пелау дома гармошка,И лицо розовело,как маковый цвет.И для дочери Фёдорскопил уж немножко,И с приданым сундукбыл готов дать ответ.Только девичье сердце,поди-ка, изведай,Как, к кому повернётсяи чем одарит,И когда по весенней тропенепоседаНа свиданьек опушке лесной побежит.Серафимино сердцепознало смятенье,И девический трепетему был знаком!Покорил Афанасий её на Успенье[1],Когда в церкви стояла,накрывшись платком.
