¼ чашки апельсинового сока
цедра 2 органических лимонов
3 столовые ложки дижонской горчицы
2 столовые ложки яблочного уксуса
1 столовая ложка меда
½ чайной ложки соли
⅔ чашки оливкового масла
холодного отжима
щепотка свежемолотого черного перца
В миске взбивайте апельсиновый сок, лимонную цедру, горчицу, уксус, мед и соль, пока соль и мед не растворятся. Медленно влейте оливковое масло и продолжайте взбивать, пока масса не станет приятной на вид и однородной. Посолите, поперчите и добавьте еще уксуса.
