Нетрадиционные подходы мы также можем обозначить как управление неуправляемым. Противник/оппонент пытается управлять пространством, которым не имеет права управлять, например, чужими выборами или референдумом. Они имеют политическое значение, а управлять приходится массовым сознанием голосующих чужой страны. Гибридные подходы прячут свои действия, прячась за анонимностью. То есть то, что предстает перед наблюдателем как случайный процесс, на самом деле является процессом системного порядка с вполне конкретными целями, которые и пытаются скрыть.
