Dear Daddy-Long-Legs,

But not at all (но вовсе нет)! Just a curt line from your secretary (всего лишь краткая записка от вашего секретаря; curt — краткий, отрывистый; line — линия; короткая записка) ordering me to Lock Willow (отсылающая меня в Лок-Уиллоу; to order — приказывать, распоряжаться; направлять, посылать).
