Lombard answered: "Anybody called you - or brought you any tea?	- Вас будили? - спросил Ломбард. - Приносили чай?
Do you know what time it is?"	Знаете, который час?
Blore looked over his shoulder at a small travelling clock by his bedside.	Блор посмотрел через плечо на дорожный будильник, стоявший у изголовья кровати.
He said: "Twenty-five to ten.	- Тридцать пять десятого, - сказал он.
Wouldn't have believed I could have slept like that.	- Никогда б не поверил, что столько просплю.
Where's Rogers?"	Где Роджерс?
Philip Lombard said: "It's a case of echo answers where?"	- "И отзыв скажет: "где"?" - тот самый случай, -ответствовал Ломбард.
"What d'you mean?" asked the other sharply.	- Что вы хотите этим сказать? - рассердился Блор.
Lombard said: "I mean that Rogers is missing.	- Только то, что Роджерс пропал, - ответил Ломбард.
He isn't in his room or anywhere else.	- В спальне его нет.
And there's no kettle on and the kitchen fire isn't even lit."	Чайник он не поставил и даже плиту не затопил.
Blore swore under his breath.	Блор тихо чертыхнулся.
He said: "Where the devil can he be?	- Куда, чтоб ему, он мог деваться?
Out on the island somewhere?	По острову, что ли, бродит?
Wait till I get some clothes on.	Подождите, пока я оденусь.
See if the others know anything."	И опросите всех: может быть, они что-нибудь знают.
Philip Lombard nodded.	Ломбард кивнул.
He moved along the line of closed doors.	Прошел по коридору, стучась в запертые двери.
He found Armstrong up and nearly dressed.	Армстронг уже встал, - он кончал одеваться.
