Just then De Bracy arrived to see Prince John. His armour was still covered in blood and dust from the battle at Torquilstone. He took off his helmet and placed it on the table beside the Prince.

"De Bracy," exclaimed Prince John, "what has happened (что случилось; to happen — случаться, происходить)? Speak (говори)! "You are mad, De Bracy (ты сошел с ума, де Браси)," exclaimed Fitzurse. "That cannot be (этого не может быть)!"
