Out of gratitude for certain favours, this person from the Court gave me information about these meetings and a copy of these articles. The articles were as follows:

"Articles of Impeachment against Quinbus Flestrin, the Man Mountain

Article 1:

Quinbus Flestrin did maliciously and treacherously break this law by urinating in order to extinguish a fire in Her Majesty's apartment.

Article 2:

Quinbus Flestrin, having brought the fleet of Blefuscu into the royal port (приведя в императорский порт флот /империи/ Блефуску), was commanded by His Imperial Majesty (получил повеление от его императорского величества) to seize all the other ships (захватить все остальные корабли), reduce that Empire to a province (обратить эту империю в провинцию; to reduce — ослаблять, понижать, сокращать; превращать /во что-то худшее, более низкое по статусу/) and destroy all Big-Endians (и уничтожить всех тупоконечников). Article 2:

Flestrin asked to be excused from this service, as he was unwilling to destroy the liberty and lives of innocent people. He is therefore a traitor against His Most Imperial Majesty.
