Коммуникативные агрессии XXI века

The charter reveals features of the communicative aggressions arising in the context of civil society. The author describes modern trends in functioning of civil society: polarization of structures of the institutionalized civil sector on a base of the loyalty to authorities and power, strengthening of the state control, emergence of not constructive initiatives “from below”, replacement of the NGOs with the GONGO, mediatization with use of the journalism, solidarization. It is logically to expect that media support of citizens’ initiatives has to happen in the positive and peaceful discourse, however it contains the big number of communicative aggressions as the topic affects significant human values and meanings and partially strengthens the internal solidarization of the parties.

The reflections of the author are based on the example of emergence of communicative aggressions in journalism in the discourse of a solidarization of the unstructured civil society. The case is about the intentions of the local authorities in St. Petersburg (Russia) to pass the citys museum – St. Isaac’s Cathedral – to the Russian Orthodox Church. The empirical base was constituted of 4 publications of the daily electronic social and political internet-media “Fontanka.ru” and comments on them. 115 comments on the official page of the media on the Internet and 156 on the official page of the media on social network “VKontakte” were analysed by the method of the content analysis. The author summarizes that even discussions taking place in a context of religious and moral values and values of civil society demonstrate the high level of communicative aggressions. Solidarization of the civil sector or solidarization for the sake of civil interests, not to mention not constructive civil activism, are not exceptions. Journalism creates the base for the polemic, positioning it as opposition, supports and can consolidate this discussion in available communicative spaces;

defines ethical and valuable borders, at least, for the start of discussion; can strengthen solidarization of the parties through the strengthening their positions, can create a value based framework for restriction of not constructive civic activism, can form critical thinking. But journalism is powerless and helpless when the discussion crosses established frames, both in the thematic plan, and in spatial.
